2.EGS Asia Inc., a Philippine survey company contracted by International Container terminal to carry out a hydrographic survey at MACO, Davao Gulf, Mindanao.
3.The survey will be conducted by a  Dive boat “MB Calypso” based in Davao on dates December 07 2012 and December 30, 2012 at areas bounded by the following coordinates:

2.The Philippine Navy vessels participating in the Fleet Training Exercise code named PAGBUBUKLOD 2012 will conduct Naval Gun test firing on 29 November 2012 from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. at the vicinity 15 Nautical Miles Southwestern Off Luzon Point, Mariveles, Bataan or at the following coordinates:

Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1.Reference: Report from Coast Guard District Northeastern Luzon Re Stranding Incident involving MV BPMC SAVER I.

2.Per reference, MV BPMC SAVER I, a domestic registered cargo ship with 492 GT/329 NT is now stranded at vicinity 20-30 meters away from starboard side of Basco pier, Basco, Batanes since August 10, 2012 when battered by big waves and strong winds in the area.

3.It is also noted that Basco port is an unprotected port especially during southwest monsoon . Additionally, the presence of rocky shores nearby also posed high risk to the vessels calling the port considering the lack of appropriate markers or buoys to warn the mariners in the said vicinity.         
        
4.In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the abovementioned area are advised to take note of the info and take necessary precautionary measures.

5.The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.

A.Light Buoy No.1 (Red and Green)

Coordinates: Latitude 12 degs 32 mins36 secs North Longitude 122 degs 08 mins East
                      
B.Light Buoy No.2 (Green and Red)

Coordinates: Latitude 12 degs 33 mins 42 secs North Longitude 122 degs 08 mins 31 secs East
