Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:
1.Reference: Letter from Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in the Philippines, Minister Samson T.L. Chang dated 11 April 2014 and Letter from Manila Economic and Cultural Office Amadeo R. Perez, Jr. Chairman dated 14 April 2014.
2.The Itu Aba Command of Coast Guard Administration (CGA), Executive Yuan of the Republic of China (Taiwan) will conduct live firing exercise on 21-23 April 2014 at the vicinity of Itu Aba from 08:00 A.M. to 06:00 P.M. bounded by the following coordinates:

| Point D | Latitude 10 degs 18 mins 57 secs North | Longitude 114 degs 26 mins 05 secs East |
3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the abovementioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.
