Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1.Reference: Letter from Mr. Donji Q. Flores, Operations Manager, Supply Oilfield Services. Inc. dated 07 April 2014.

2.Frontier Oil Corporation (FOC) are scheduled to conduct, starting around the week of 20 April 2014, for approximately (4) four to (7) seven days project duration, sea and weather permitting, their KJF-1/KJF-2 wells Geotechnical Survey Project in offshore Western Palawan as part of their petroleum exploration activities under the Service Contract No. 63 with the Department of Energy. They will be utilizing a fully equipped geotechnical survey DP Geoasia, owned by Asian Geo Sdn Bhd. 

3.Supply Oilfield Services Inc. a company duly organized and existing under the laws of the Philippines, acting for and in behalf of Frontier Oil Corporation Petroleum Philippines Pty Ltd, charterer of the foreign-registered ship MV “GEOASIA” duly documented for overseas trade was issued with Special Permit No. DSO-012-2014 by Maritime Industry Authority (MARINA) to engage temporarily in the domestic trade from 18 April 2014 to 17 May 2014.
