2. LS Port Balanacan located at Balanacan, Marinduque or at Latitude 13 degs 32 mins 00 secs North, Longitude 121 degs 51 mins 55 secs East RESTORED TO NORMAL OPERATION since March 24, 2015 with light characteristics FLASHING TWO (2) WHITE EVERY FIFTEEN (15) SECS.

3. LS Agno located at Agno, Pangasinan or at Latitude 16 degs 08 mins 00 secs North, Longitude 119 degs 46 mins 34 secs East RESTORED TO NORMAL OPERATION since March 27, 2015 with light characteristics FLASHING GREEN EVERY FIVE (5) SECS.

4. LS Tubod located at Tubod, Lanao del Norte or at Latitude 08 degs 03 mins 30 secs North, Longitude 123 degs 47 mins 22 secs East REPORTED NOT OPERATING since March 2015.

5. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above-mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.
