1. References: Coast Guard District Bicol Radio Message Cite CGDBCL8-0415-001 and Coast Guard District Western Visayas Radio Message Cite CGDWV8-0415-010

2. LS Port Gubat located at Port Gubat, Sorsogan or at Latitude 12 degs 55 mins 35 secs North, Longitude 121 degs 51 mins 55 secs East RESTORED TO NORMAL OPERATION since April 06, 2015 with light characteristics FLASHING WHITE EVERY FIVE (5) SECS.

3. LS Culasi Point located at Culasi, Roxas City or at Latitude 08 degs 03 mins 30 secs North, Longitude 123 degs 47 mins 22 secs East REPORTED NOT OPERATING since 12 April 2015.

4. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above-mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.
