1. Reference: Philippine Navy Radio Message Cite NOCB-0415-109.
2. The Philippine Navy Vessel LC550, PS28 and PS70 will conduct gunnex PMA Class 2018 cadets onboard as part of their orientation in connection with Northwestern Cruise 2015 on April 29-30, 2015 at vicinity 68 nautical miles Southwest of Sampaloc Point, Zambales bounded by the following coordinates:

| Point B | Latitude 14 degs 04.843 mins North | Longitude 19 degs 06.195 mins East |
| Point C | Latitude 14 degs 25.583 mins North | Longitude 119 degs 06.196 mins East |
| Point D | Latitude 14 degs 24.583 mins North | Longitude 119 degs 47.500 mins East |
3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the abovementioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.
