Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:
1. References: Philippine Navy Radio Message Cite NOCB-0815-028 and Radio Message Cite NOCB-0815-029.
2. In connection with the Change of Command ceremony of the FOIC, Philippine Navy on August 10, 2015, following Philippine Navy vessel designated as saluting ships will anchor on the coordinates indicated not later than 05:00 P.M. on August 07, 2015.

3. One (1) NAVSOG RHIB will ferry members of team executive and their equipment from CDP, NSJVA, HPN, Manila and CMBL, NBHA, Sangely Point, Cavite City in connection with the Philippine Navy game of The Generals from 08:30 A.M. on August 08, 2015 and back.
4. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the abovementioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.
