3. LS Dingalan newly constructed and activated at Dingalan, Aurora or at Latitude 15 degs 21 mins 56.13 secs North, Longitude 121 degs 25 mins 52.02 secs East OPERATING since September 22, 2015 with light characteristics FLASHING WHITE EVERY FIVE (5) SECS.

4. LS Zabali newly constructed and activated at Zabali, Aurora or at Latitude 15 degs 45 mins 09.98 secs North, Longitude 121 degs 37 mins 50.60 secs East OPERATING since September 19, 2015 with light characteristics FLASHING WHITE EVERY FIVE (5) SECS.

7. LS San Vicente located at San Vicente, Sta. Ana, Cagayan or at Latitude 18 degs 30 mins 45 secs North, Longitude 122 degs 08 mins 30 secs East RESTORED TO NORMAL OPERATION since September 24, 2015 with light characteristics FLASHING RED EVERY FIVE (5) SECS.

8. LS Mahatao located at Mahatao, Batanes or at Latitude 20 degs 24 mins 07.70 secs North, Longitude 121 degs 57 mins 32.73  secs East RESTORED TO NORMAL OPERATION since October 11, 2015 with light characteristics FLASHING WHITE EVERY FIVE (5) SECS.

9. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above-mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and duly record on their available charts.
