Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:
1. Reference: Letter from Mr. Ramon R. Siason Operation Supervisor of Supply Oilfield Services, Inc. dated December 16, 2015.
2. MetOcean Survey vessel M/V PETANI SELATAN 5803 has successfully finished the installation of their mooring equipment/instruments relative to the MetOcean Survey Project in offshore South Sulu Sea as part of their petroleum exploration activities under their service contract No. 56 with the Department of Energy (DOE).
3. In view of the recent mooring’s recovered and deployed, the following are the amendments to Notice to Mariners Number 173-2015:
