1. Reference: Letter from Mr. Robert J. Goold General Manager of Logistic/Marketing Inc. dated December 17, 2015.
2. ALDA MARINE GESTION LODBROG PETER FABER, will conduct Emergency Cable Repairs West of San Fernando, La Union under the Asia Pacific Marine Maintenance Service Agreement between Alcatel-Lucent Submarine Networks, TYCO Electronics Subsea Communications LLC, Alcatel-Lucent Submarine Networks Marine A/S, Reliance Globalcom Limited, Reach Global Networks Limited and Flag North Asian Loop (FNAL) Cable System.
3. The vessel that will be used in repairing is “C/S LODBROG” and expected to operate at the location commencing on or about December 23, 2015 to January 04, 2016, if weather permits with the following coordinates:
