2.EGS Asia Inc., a Philippine survey company contracted by ALFA Technologies Inc. to carry out a current and wave study offshore at Port Irene, North Luzon. The survey will be undertaken between February 20, 2015 and March 20, 2015 using the local passenger banca based in Aparri on areas bounded by the following coordinates:
