1. Reference: Letter from Commander, Coast Guard Fleet dated February 14, 2015.
2. The Saturday Gentleman Sailing Club (SAGS), a sailboat racing organization duly organized and existing under the laws of the Philippines, will organized, undertake andconduct the Subic Bay to Boracay Race on February 27 to March 02, 2015; Boracay Cup Regatta on March 02 to 06 2015 and the 8th Commodores Cup Regatta 0n April 05 to
11, 2015. The waypoints of the route from Subic to Boracay are bounded by the following coordinates:
