Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:
1. Reference: Coast Guard National Capital Region-Central Luzon Radio Message Cite CGDNCR-CL3-0115-037.
2. In connection with the arrival of Pope Francis to the country on January 15, 2015, the following areas are will be closed to Maritime Traffic from 06:00A.M. to 10:00 A.M. on January 15-16, 2015 bounded by the following coordinates:

| Point D | Latitude 14 degs 33 mins 03 secs North | Longitude 120 degs 57 mins 07 secs East |
| Point E | Latitude 14 degs 34 mins 05 secs North | Longitude 120 degs 57 mins 01 secs East |
| Point F | Latitude 14 degs 09 mins 09 secs North | Longitude 120 degs 57 mins 08 secs East |
3. Anent to the above, the mouth of Pasig river will also be closed to Maritime Traffic from 03:00 A.M. to 01:00 P.M. on January 16, 2015 bounded by the following coordination:

3. All ships/watercrafts/vessels (yacht/motorbancas/fishing boats), regardless of tonnage and transiting along the vicinity of above-mentioned areas are advised not to enter/navigate within and abide with the safety and security measures at all times.
