Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Coast Guard District Palawan Radio Message Cite D8-0115-002.

2. LS Langoy located at Langoy Island, Arceli, Palawan or at Latitude 10 degs 29 mins 42 secs North, Longitude 119 degs 59 mins 03 secs East RESTORED TO NORMAL OPERATION since  January 12, 2015 with light characteristics FLASHING WHITE EVERY TEN (10) SECS.

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above-mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.

4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.
