1. Reference: Letter from COMMO JOEL S GARCIA, Ph.D, H.D, Al-Haj PCG, Commander, Coast Guard District National Capital Region-Central Luzon dated January 14, 2015.
2. In addition to the issued of Notice to Mariners 005-2015 re arrival of Pope Francis to the country on January 15, 2015 the following areas will be closed to maritime traffic on dates/time indicated with corresponding coordinates:
