Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Letter from Mr. Donji Q. Flores, Operations Manager, Supply Oilfield Services. Inc. dated July 07, 2014.

2. Nido Petroleum Philippines Pty Ltd/ PNOC-EC is scheduled to conclude this coming July 2014 their drilling operations in Baragatan-1A offshore Western Palawan covered under PCG Notam No. 049-2014 and part of their commitment under Service Contract (SC) No. 63 with the Department of Energy (DOE).

3. After drilling operations, rig down and tow connections and being properly cleared for Philippine departure by Palawan CIQ authorities, the Jack-up Drilling Rig UMW NAGA-5, owned/operated by UMW Standard Drilling SDN BHD, to be towed by AHTS M/V Maersk Promoter at the speed of approximately 4.0 to 5.0 knots from SC-63 Baragatan-1A well location, targeting to depart 13 0r 14 July 2014, sea and weather permitting, to Keppel FELS BSS1, Singapore (Latitude 01 degs 18 mins 03.00 secs North, Longitude 103 degs 41 mins 37.00 secs East) covering a towing distance of approximately 1028.20 nautical miles and an estimated towing duration of around 228.60 hours, also sea and weather permitting.

4. Jack-up Drilling Rig UMW Naga-5 will be assisted onsite during drilling operations and for required cargo run at PNOC-Energy Supply Base in Mabini, Batangas and Asian Supply Base in Labuan Malaysia, by AHTS M/V Maersk Promoter which will be towing her to Singapore, assisted by AHTS M/V Sea Weasel and PSV M/V Sea Spider will head to Labuan.

5. Jack-up Drilling Rig UMW Naga-5 will be towed at approximately 4.0 to 5.0 knots only, she is restricted in her ability to maneuver to divert course, so for maritime safety reasons, all mariners/traffic should maintain a safe distance of 5 nautical miles away from the rig’s towing route.

6. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above-mentioned areas are advised to keep distance within 5 nautical miles away from the rig’s towing route, and drilling locations, and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.
