Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:
1. Reference: Letter from Mr. David M. Martin, General Manager, EGS Asia Inc. dated July 04, 2015 received from Email on July 14, 2015.
2. EGS Asia Inc., a Philippine survey company contracted by Philippine Foremost Milling and Panay Energy Development Corporation to carry out a PRE, MID, and POST Dredged Bathymetric Survey from Iloilo Strait south channel for a proposed port. The survey will be undertaken between July 12, 2015 and January 30, 2016 using a local passenger banca based in Iloilo on areas bounded by the following coordinates:

| Point D | Latitude 10 degs 38.30 mins North | Longitude 122 degs 32.70 mins East |
3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above-mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures.
