1. Reference: Letter from Mr. Alrfedo G. Hernandez Operation Manager Port Agency Services of Benline Agencies Philippines, Inc. dated July 23, 2015.
2. The K.M EGS SURVEYOR which under our agency is tasked to conduct Marine Survey for CNP-1 Project connecting Negros to Panay, Philippines under National Grid Corporation of the Philippines. The vessel is expected to be mobilized to the project area on August 25, 2015 to operate thereat for about one (1) month on areas bounded by the following coordinates:
