Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Coast Guard District Central Visayas Radio Message Cite CGDCV-1014-001 dated September 30, 2014 and Coast Guard District Northern Mindanao Radio Message Cite NM3-0914-062 dated September 30, 2014.

2. LS Tugas located at Pres Garcia, Bohol or at Latitude 10 degs 09 mins 00 secs North, Longitude 124 degs 37 mins 00 secs East REPORTED NOT OPERATING since 26 September 2014.

3. LS Labuay located at Maigo, Lanao Del Norte or at Latitude 08 degs 09 mins 42 secs North, Longitude 123 degs 57 mins 00 secs East REPORTED NOT OPERATING since 21 September 2014.

4. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above-mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.

5. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.
