2. The Philippine Coast Guard, Japan Coast Guard and Japan Intenational Cooperation Agency is scheduled to have a 3rd Integrated Seaborne MARLEN training exercise on October 08, 2014 from 07:00 A.M. to 01:00 P.M. 12.27 nautical miles Northwest of Peir13, South Harbor, Manila or at 7.6 nautical miles West of Navotas City bounded by the following coordinates:

| Point B | Latitude 14 degs 39 mins 50 secs North | Longitude 120 degs 49 mins 00 secs East |
| Point C | Latitude 14 degs 39 mins 50 secs North | Longitude 120 degs 47 mins 50 secs East |
| Point D | Latitude 14 degs 38 mins 00 secs North | Longitude 120 degs 47 mins 50 secs East |
3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above-mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.
