1. Reference: Coast Guard District SouthwesternMindanao Radio Message Cite SWM8-1014-016.
2. With the implementation of PCG MC 04-14 entitled “Guidelines on conducting Marine Parades, Regattas and other Maritime related activities for the promotion of safety of life at sea”, the Coast Guard Station Zamboanga issued permit to conduct regatta to the Office of the City Mayor of Zamboanga City for the conduct of Vinta Racing on October 11, 2014 Saturday at R.T Lim Boulevard, Zamboanga City for the Celebration of Zamboanga Hermoza Festiva 2014 the following Race Route enumerated below:
