1. References: Coast Guard District Western Visayas Radio Message Cite CGDWV8-1014-004 dated September 23, 2014 and Coast Guard District Northeastern Luzon Radio Message Cite CGDNELZN-1014-019 dated October 09, 2014.

2. LS Tomanton Point located at E.B Magalona, Negros Occidental or at Latitude 10 degs 53 mins 45 secs North, Longitude 122 degs 57 mins 15 secs East REPORTED NOT OPERATING since September 15, 2014.

3. LS Palauig located at Sta. Ana, Cagayan or at Latitude 18 degs 28 mins 15 secs North, Longitude 122 degs 08 mins 30 secs East REPORTED NOT OPERATING since 21 October 09, 2014.

4. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above-mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.
