Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:
1. Reference: Letter from Coast Guard District National Capital Region – Central Luzon (CGDNCR-CL) dated 12 September 2015.
2. Per above reference, the Coast Guard Station Cavite (CGS Cavite) request for the issuance of Notice to Mariner (NOTAM) regarding the Fluvial Parade to be conducted during the celebration of Yadag Biniray Festival 2015 in honor of Patron Saint, Señor San Nicolas de Tolentino on 201100H-201200H September 2015 at vicinity off Villa Excellance Beach Resort in Sitio Postema, Barangay Sahud-Ulan, Tanza, Cavite or bounded by the following coordinates:

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts regardless of tonnage and transiting the vicinity of the above-mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and abide with the safety and security measures at all times.
