Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:
1. Reference: Philippine Navy Radio Message Cite NOCB-0915-116.
2. The Philippine Navy will conduct exercise PAGSISIKAP12/15 from 23 to 25 September 2015 at vicinity 3.6 nautical mile Northwest off Sangley Point, Cavite City bounded by the following coordinates:
Exercise Area:

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above-mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.
