Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:
1. Reference: Letter from Coast Guard District National Capital Region-Central Luzon dated September 28, 2015.
2. For implementation of PCG MC 04-14 dated April 16, 2014 entitled “Guidelines on Conducting Marine Parades, Regattas and other related activities for the Promotion of Safety of Life at sea”. CGS Cavite issued permit to the Most Holy Rosary Parish to conduct Fluvial Parade on 030900H October 2015 at vicinity waters off Barangay Wawa III, Rosario, Cavite and bounded by the following coordinates:

| Point B | Latitude 14 degs 25 mins 22.02 secs North | Longitude 120 degs 51 mins 17.07 secs East |
3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above-mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures.
4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.
