Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:
1. Reference: Letter from Mr. Roberto V. Ruiz, Director-Technical Manager, EGS Asia Inc. dated March 29, 2016 received from Email on March 31, 2016.
2. EGS Asia Inc., a Philippine survey company has been contracted by Mega Harbour Port to carry out an additional Bathymetric Survey of the Davao shoreline between inshore North of Santa Ana Wharf and South of Davao River. The survey will be undertaken between March 31, 2016 and April 30, 2016 using a small boat for shallow waters on areas bounded by the following coordinates:

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above-mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures.
