Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Letter from Mr. Robert J. Gold General Manager of Logistic/Marketing Inc. dated January 28, 2016.

2. Fugro Survey Pte Ltd. (FUGRO), have been contracted by Shell to undertake a Hydrographic and Geotechnical Study  as part of the evaluation and feasibility study to develop an import facility for liquefied natural gas that will be located in the Batangas Bay. The “MV FUGRO EQUINOX” operated by FUGRO will be deployed as a survey vessel in Batangas Bay Starting week of February 15, 2016 for approximately Three (3) to Four (4) weeks sea and weather permitting. The Survey location upon completion of Philippine entry clearance at Batangas Port with the following coordinates:

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above-mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information that the MV FUGRO EQUINOX shall have restricted maneuverability during operational deployment and take precautionary measures at all times for vessel crossing astern of the vessel. Furthermore standard Vessel operations shall play related to vessel collision and crossing interface at all times.
