Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Letter from Mr. Alexander T. Joven Marine Safety Manager, SEAOIL Philippines Inc., dated June 23, 2016.

2. The SEAOIL Philippines Inc., have significant facility and navigational landmark that Seaoil Philippines Inc., have established an oil Terminal in Davao del Sur called “SEAOIL STA. CRUZ TERMINAL”. The terminal has a T-JETTY with the coordinates Latitude 06 degs 53.3 mins North, Longtitude 125 degs 27.19 mins East. 

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting along the routes of above mentioned coordinates are advised to take note of the above information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.

4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting the widest dissemination of this information is requested.
