Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:
1. Reference: Letter from Mr. Arnel Quibael Operations-Port Agency Services, BENLINE Agencies Phils. Inc. dated October 25, 2016.
2. The GLOBAL MARINE SYSTEMS, LTD thru vessel CS Cable Retriever has been tasked to do Cable repair for SJC (Southeast Asia Japan Cable Segment 13 op5 located at Northeast of Camiguin Island in Babuyan group of Island. The Job will be start from November 11, 2016 and estimate to be completed on December 10, 2016 on areas bounded by the following coordinates:

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the above mentioned locations are advised to observe safe distance from the vessel and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.
