2. The Blue Horizon Shipping & Logistic Services Inc with the vessel Cable Ship “Rene Descartes” will be deployed to handle the ASE Sunmarine Cable System repair of fiber cable in the area of Aparri Channel. The vessel will be pass on Aparri on 03 to 11 September 2016 doing continuously submarine fiber optic repair of Asia Submarine-Cable Express on area bounded by the following coordinates:
