Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:
1. Reference: Letter from Mr. Wilson B. Villanueva, Director-Commercial Manager, EGS Asia Inc. dated January 23, 2017.
2. EGS Asia Inc., a Hongkong based company with its Philippine associate company, EGS Asia Inc. has been contracted by National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) to conduct the Route Marine Survey for the Route Survey and Engineering Feasibility of Submarine Power Cables Between Cebu - Negros, under Cebu – Negros – Panay (CNP) Interconnection Project, Stage 3 and Hydrographic Survey of the Proposed Submarine Cable Route for the Western Route of Visayas - Mindanao Interconnection Project (VMIP). The survey will be undertaken between 25 January 2017 and 10 February 2017 using a survey vessels FBCA “REYM JOY” for insure survey on areas bounded by the following coordinates:

| Point 4 | Latitude 10 degs 32.683 mins North | Longitude 123 degs 28.342 mins East |
3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above-mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures.
