Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:
1. Reference: Letter from Mr. Wilson B. Villanueva, Director-Commercial Manager, EGS Asia Inc. dated 09 October 2017.
2. EGS Asia Inc., a registered Philippine survey company, has been contracted by Ocean Pixel Ltd., Inc. to conduct a Multi-beam Sound Survey (MBES), Sub-bottom Profiling (Seismic Survey) and Acoustic Doppler Current Profiler (ADCP) Transect and Bottom Mounted at Rasa Channel, Surigao del Norte. The survey will be undertaken 15 October to 30 November 2017 using the EGS Sea Worker survey motor for the survey. The limit of the survey are on areas bounded by the following coordinates:

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above-mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures.
