Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Message from Commander, Coast Guard District Northern Mindanao dated 11 October 2017.

2. LS Hinatuan located at Taganaan, Surigao del Norte or at Latitude 09 Deg 48 mins 45 sec North, Longtitude 125 deg 42 mins 50 sec East REPORTED NOT OPERATING with light characteristics of FLASHING  WHITE LIGHTS EVERY 5 SECS.

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above-mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.

4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.
