2. TYCO ELECTRONICS SUBSEA COMMUNICATION LLC. Thru vessel HAI DA HAO will be conducting Marine Route Survey for the Pacific Light Cable Network (PLCN) west of Batanes. The said survey will start from October 21, 2017 and be completed on November 19, 2017. The limit of the areas bounded by the following coordinates:
