1. Reference: Message from Commander, Coast Guard District Central Visayas dated 11 October 2017 received 17 October 2017.
2. The Province of Bohol in Central Visayas will serve as the venue of the ASEAN FORUM ON TAXATION-TWG Meeting to be hosted by the Department of Finance with expected sixty (60) delegates coming from different ASEAN member countries from 23-25 October 2017.
3. In line with this, please be inform that the Philippine Coast Guard is enforcing “No Sail Zone” at the vicinity waters off Bellevue Resort, Panglao, Bohol bounded by the following coordinates:
