Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:
1. Reference: Message from Commander, Coast Guard District Central Visayas dated 30 March 2017.
2. The installation of Navigation Light Buoys by Therma Visayas Inc. (TVI) for the 2x150 MW Coal Fired Power Plant located in Bato, Toledo City, Cebu was already completed. The position and characteristics of the said buoys are as follows:
