Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Radio Message from Coast Guard District North Eastern Luzon dated 01 August 2017.

2. LS Basco located at Basco Batanes or at Latitude 20 degs 02 mins 30 secs North, Longitude 121 degs 57 mins 09 secs East was successfully RESTORED TO NORMAL OPERATION since August 01, 2017 with light characteristics of FLASHING RED EVERY 5 SECS.

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above-mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.

4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.
