Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:
1. Reference:Message from Commodore JACINTO M CABLAYAN Director of National Mapping and Resource Information Authority dated 27 July 2017 received 17 August 2017.
2. The Marine Environmental Protection Committee (MEPC) of the Internantional Maritime Organization (IMO), in its 71st session, approved the Philippines application for the designation of the Tubbataha reefs natural park as a particularly sensitive sea area.(TRNP-PSSA). An area to be avoided (ATBA) was established as the association protective measure for the TRNP-PSSA. The ATBA within the area bounded by the following coordinates:

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above-mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.
