Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:
1. Reference: Message from Commander, Coast Guard District Central Visayas dated 13 October 2017.
2. There will a conduct of geotechnical investigation across Cebu – Mactan channel that will be used on the design stage of the Cebu Cordova Link Express Project (CCLEP) before construction stage. The conduct of the said boreholes will be from 07 December 2017 to 04 February 2018 bounded by following coordinates:

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the abovementioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.
