Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:
1. Reference: Philippine Navy Radio Message Cite F30-1217-022.
2. The Philippine Navy vessel PC114 was not able to conduct her sched test firing on 17 November 2017 at vicinity 15 nautical mile South of Loay, Bohol due to remedial repair made of her reported hole. Said test firing will be resched on 28 December 2017 at vicinity 8.2 nautical mile north East off Danajon Bank, Camotes Sea bounded by following coordinates:

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the abovementioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.
