Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:
1. Reference: Message from Commander, Coast Guard District National Capital Region Central Luzon dated 17 February 2017.
2. The Philippines will host the 69TH meeting of the ASEAN Coordinating Committee on Investments (ACCI) on 20 to 22 February 2017 at PICC/Sofitel, Manila. To ensure the security and safety of the participants, the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) will enforce a “No Sail Zone” from 19 0600H to 25 1700H February 2017 at the seawaters of the said vicinity bounded by the following coordinates:

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above-mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.
