Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Message from Commander, Coast Guard District Western Visayas dated 17 February 2017

2. Per above reference, an unnamed MBCA, painted yellow, blue and white which was reported missing and recovered at vicinity waters 17 NM Southwest off Brgy. Talisayan, Anini-y, Antique or at Lat 10.27 N, Long 121.69 E with a broken outrigger and without any person onboard. Accordingly, said MBCA with one person onboard identified as Mr. Leonardo Dayundon, 54 y/o, departed Brgy. Baybay, Miag-ao, Iloilo on February 11, 2017 to conduct fishing ventureat vicinity Miag-ao, Iloilo but failed to return. Mr. Dayundon is wearing gray jacket and blue jersey short when he departed Brgy. Baybay, Miag-ao, Iloilo.

3.  In this connection, all ships/watercrafts are advised to be on the look-out for missing fishermen, render necessary assistance when sighted and report to the nearest Coast Guard District/Station if sighted.

4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.
