Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Radio Message from Commander Coast Guard District National Capital Region- Central Luzon dated 06 July 2017.

2. LS EL Fraile located at Ternate, Cavite or at Latitude 14 degs 18 mins 24secs North, Longitude 120 degs 37 mins 48 secs East was successfully RESTORED TO NORMAL OPERATION since 14 December 2016 with light characteristics FLASHING WHITE EVERY FIVE (5) SECONDS. 

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above-mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.

4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.
