Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:
1. Reference: Message from Acting Commander, Coast Guard District National Capital Region-Central Luzon dated 13 June 2017.
2. The Manila North Harbor Port, Inc. (MNPHI) Chief Executive Officer Mr. Richard D. Barclay reported last 08 June 2017 about the defective and missing new Entrance Channel Buoys at North Harbuor Fairways, Manila. Buoy Nr 1 (Green) has no lamp, Buoy Nr 2 (Red) is missing while Buoy NMr 3 (Green) and Buoy Nr 4 (Red) were pulled out by PPA PMO NCR-NH for repair. The lighted buoys are not operating located in the following coordinates:
