1. Reference: Philippine Navy Radio Message Cite NOCB-0317-083
2. The Philippine Navy vessel BRP Gen Mariano Alvarez PS38 will conduct Special Operational Readiness Evaluation (ORE) and test firing on her naval guns with BRP Bagong Silang (PC104) as coi during series of evaluation from 15-17 March 2017 at vicinity 14 nautical mile South West off Luzon point., Mariveles, Bataan bounded with the following coordinates:

| Point B | Lat 14° 11.00 mins North | Long 120° 16.00 mins East |
| Point C | Lat 14° 11.00 mins North | Long 120° 06.00 mins East |
| Point D | Lat 14° 21.00 mins North | Long 120° 06.00 mins East |
3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the abovementioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.
