Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:
1. Reference: Acting Commander, Coast Guard District National Capital Region-Central Luzon.
2. The Manila Broadcasting Company will be launching the Sea Sports Festival 2017. There will be a motor banca race and dragon boat competition which will be held at the Manila Bay area in front of Raja Sulayman Park from 180800H to 191700H March 2017 at the vicinity bounded by the following coordinates:

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the abovementioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.
