Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:
1. Reference: Letter from Mr. Roberto V. Ruiz, Director-Technical Manager, EGS Asia Inc. dated May 24, 2017.
2. EGS Asia Inc., a registered Philippine survey company, has been contracted by Panay Energy Development Corporation to carry out a bathymetric survey along the Iloilo Strait south channel between 26 May 2017 and 10 June 2017 using a local boat MBCA Keziah 2. The limit of the survey are on areas bounded by the following coordinates:

| 2. Lat 10°38.895”N | Long 122°32.700”E |
| 3. Lat 10°37.948”N | Long 122°32.639”E |
| 4. Lat 10°37.973”N | Long 122°32.300”E |
3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above-mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures.
