Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Message from Commander, Coast Guard District Bicol.

2. LS Ungay Pt. located at Brgy. Pagcolbon Rapu-Rapu, Albay or at Latitude 13 Deg 10 mins 44 sec North, Longtitude 124  deg 12 mins 50 sec East REPORTED NOT OPERATING as of 26 October 2017 with light characteristics of FLASHING  WHITE LIGHTS EVERY 5 SECS.

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above-mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.

4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.
