Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:
1. Reference: Message from Commander, Coast Guard District National Capital Region Central Luzon dated 04 September 2017.
2. On or about 011100H September 2017, CGSS CCP received a report from Mr. Joey O. Hara, a concerned citizen, that the Isolated Danger Mark was being drifted towards the location of US Embassy from the vicinity of M/V Captain Ufuk bounded by the following coordinates:
| Point A | 14°32’8.4”North | 120°57’7.7”East |
| Point B | 14°33’3.4”North | 120°57’7.7”East |
| Point C | 14°32’8.4”North | 120°58’2.8”East |
| Point D | 14°33’3.4”North | 120°58’2.8”East |
3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above-mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.
4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.
