Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:
1. Reference: Message from Commander, Coast Guard District Central Visayas dated 09 September 2017.
2. The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) of the United States Government-Department of Defense (US-DOD) has provided and continuously providing technical assistance to the Philippine Government for the enhancement of the Country’s capability and capacity in conducting maritime security surveillance and operation.
3. In line with this, The National Coast Watch Center (NCWC) in cooperation with US-DTRA will conduct two-day field training exercise (FTX) on 11-12 September 2017 in Cebu City. Part of the exercise will be the WMD detection and interdiction in the anchorage area of Talisay City, Cebu or bounded by the following coordinates:

4. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above-mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.
